/TOUCH  – The points must touch the line somewhere
between the endpoints.

/ENDTOUCH –The points must touch one of the endpoints of the line.

If none of these qualifiers are specified, /TOUCH /ENDTOUCH is used as the default. In this case, all points touching any part of the lines are in the resulting output layer.
